Burning Man Preview · 2026
Forever Jung
A book by Bernardo Cruz · An archaeology of the self
“I went to Waking Life looking for freedom. I found a map of myself.”

Forever Jung begins inside Waking Life. The festival is real, but in the book it becomes a map: the lake, the paths, the dance floors, the Eco Pirates, Kosmicare, dark rooms, bodies, sleep, drugs, trash, lost objects and unexpected encounters.

This is not a polished spiritual narrative. It is direct, intimate, contradictory and grounded in lived experience.

01 · The Book

This is not a book about festivals from the outside. It is a field document written from within: a record of what remains after the music, after the nights, after the performance and after the stories people tell about themselves.

Jung is not used here as academic explanation. It is an invisible structure underneath the lived material: persona, shadow, trickster, lover, child, self and individuation.
